Erba ECL 412 Four Channel Coagulation Analyzer

Erba ECL 412 is a four-channel semi-automated coagulation analyzer developed for small to medium laboratories requiring higher throughput and expanded testing capability. It supports a comprehensive range of hemostasis assays including PT, APTT, TT, fibrinogen, coagulation factors, D-Dimer, ATIII, Protein C, Protein S, and lupus anticoagulant.

The analyzer utilizes multiple detection principles, including light scattering at 640 nm for clotting assays, immuno-turbidimetric detection at 800 nm, and chromogenic assays at 405 nm. This multi-method capability ensures flexibility and accurate analysis across various coagulation tests.

With four independent measuring channels and 20 incubation positions, the ECL 412 significantly improves laboratory workflow by enabling simultaneous testing. It also includes 12 reagent positions, including temperature-controlled positions with programmable stirring for enhanced reagent stability.

The system features a large color touchscreen interface, built-in thermal printer, RFID-based safety features, and LIS connectivity. Advanced quality control tools with automatic Levey-Jennings monitoring ensure consistent analytical performance, making it a reliable solution for routine and specialized coagulation testing.
