Descriptions

Erba LisaWash II is a semi-automated ELISA microplate washer designed to ensure efficient and consistent washing of microplates used in ELISA assays. It provides reliable washing performance with precise control over dispensing and aspiration, helping to improve assay accuracy and reproducibility.

The system supports washing of 96-well microplates with different well geometries, including flat, U, and V bottom plates. It offers programmable wash protocols with adjustable parameters such as dispensing volume, soak time, number of cycles, and aspiration pressure, allowing laboratories to customize washing procedures based on assay requirements.

LisaWash II features an advanced wash head compatible with 8 or 12 channels, ensuring efficient plate coverage and reduced processing time. It includes a residual volume as low as 2–3 µL, minimizing carryover and enhancing precision.

The analyzer is equipped with a user-friendly interface, LCD display, and integrated fluid management system with separate wash, rinse, and waste containers. Its compact design, ease of operation, and consistent washing performance make it an essential component for ELISA workflows in clinical laboratories.
